Payments must be made in full.

Preorder takes 4-7 weeks for hairs to arrive, but can extend during Asian Holiday seasons, flight & custom delays, & festive periods.

Upon arrival, order would be processed & shipped within 24-72 hours (may extend during sales period)

Coloured units may come in slightly different shade.

Custom preorders cannot be changed or swapped once order is placed.

Maintain your curly hairs units using a detangling brush, water mixed with leave in conditioner, hair mousse and serum to fully activate curls.
