1.  A customer may be entitled to a full refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase if a wrong item -different from what was ordered- was sent.
2. A customer may choose to exchange a purchased item within 14 days of receipt even without a specific reason. However, all delivery fees would be borne by the customer.
3. A customer is entitled to a refund within 14 days of receipt if the correct item was delivered but the customer was not satisfied with the order. A 20% charge would be deducted from the purchase amount for styling and internal logistic. The refund would also exclude the delivery fee.
4. Note: All purchased items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
5. Refund policy covers items within 14 days of receipt from delivery companies used by Aloma Hair.
6. Refund policy does not cover items that has been customised upon customer’s request.
7. Refund policy does not cover custom orders.
8. Refund takes 7-14 working days.

1. Preorders are payment made for units that are not in stock or customised orders.
2. Payments are to be made in full. Payments not made in full are considered as instalments and policies regarding instalment payment would apply.
3. Standard timeframe for preorder is 4-7 weeks, but can extend during Asian Holiday seasons. Flight, custom delays, and festive periods can also extend the timeframe.
4. Coloured units on preorder could come in a slightly different shade.
5. Custom preorders cannot be changed or swapped once order is placed.
6. Payments for preorders are final and non-refundable
